🚀 ChatGPT Gets Intelligent UI
Claude Launches Dashboards and Motion

Welcome back!
ChatGPT got a major upgrade. OpenAI has brought GPT-6 to regular ChatGPT, along with Intelligent UI, which builds interactive tools right inside a conversation. Instead of just reading text, you can use custom tools built on the spot. Let’s unpack…
Today’s Summary:
🚀 GPT-6 brings interactive UI to ChatGPT
📊 Claude launches Dashboards and Motion

TOP STORY
OpenAI releases GPT-6 to ChatGPT Chat with Intelligent UI
The Summary: OpenAI launched GPT-6 in ChatGPT Chat with a feature called Intelligent UI. Instead of just giving text answers, the new model picks the UI format that fits your question: a side-by-side comparison, a tappable diagram, a form, or a calculator built on the spot. GPT-6 can also start answering before it finishes thinking, which cuts the wait for web search answers.
Key details:
GPT-6 Instant starts web-search answers 44% sooner than GPT-5.6
A native UI library let GPT-6 build clickable tools as it writes an answer, without waiting for the full response
GPT-6 scored 56.2% versus GPT-5.6’s 53.8% on hard web-search tests
ChatGPT paid users get GPT-6 Sol, while Free and Go users get GPT-6 Luna
Why it matters: ChatGPT can now build a bill splitter or savings calculator right in a chat, with no app to install. This creates a new type of software: small, interactive tools made for one task, with inputs you can change as you go. Users can get a tool built for what they need right now, use it, and move on.

ANTHROPIC
Claude adds Dashboards and Motion
The Summary: Anthropic has launched two new Claude tools that create live dashboards and animated videos. Claude Dashboards connects to company data and builds charts that update as the numbers change. Claude Motion turns reports, charts, and ideas into editable video explainers.
Key details:
Claude Dashboards connects to BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, and more data sources, and creates live charts
Claude Motion turns reports and charts into animated MP4 explainer videos using code
Dashboards is in beta on paid plans, while Motion is limited to Team and Enterprise. Docs, Slides, and Design are now open to all Claude users, including on the free plan
Why it matters: Many questions about company data go unasked. When a dashboard takes a minute to build, more questions are worth asking. Every chart shows its query, so it is possible to modify it. Motion gives people a new way to explain their work, with animated videos that can hold attention better than a static slide.

Google’s first AI chip prototype is now orbiting Earth
The Summary: Google has launched its first Project Suncatcher satellite, taking a step toward AI data centers in space. The satellite will test how Google's TPU chips cope with radiation, heat, and operation in orbit. The goal is to tap into near-constant sunlight from space, which can yield up to 8 times more solar power than on Earth.
Key details:
Space has no airflow to cool hot chips, but Google is testing heat pipes and radiators to stop TPUs from overheating
Google TPU chips survived test radiation doses greater than what they should face during a five-year space mission
Future satellites could carry dozens of TPUs each, linked by laser beams that can hit coin-sized targets from miles away while both satellites move
Why it matters: Google is testing the use of solar-powered AI data centers in space. The main challenge is keeping the chips cool, since space has no air to carry heat away. The prototype will show whether heat pipes and radiators can solve that problem and help plan future space-based data centers.
